3 Homes We’ve Revived With Water Damage Restoration Services
Water is sneaky. A seemingly small leak can end up destroying an entire floor of your home. It’s an unfortunate reality that we’ve seen happen plenty of times, but we’re always able to make things better!
Here are a few examples of some homes we’ve revived (and improved) with our water damage restoration services. Our clients loved how things turned out and we think you will, too!
Corcoran Home
This client had a problem when their toilet overflowed and caused big damage to their home. First thing’s first, we repaired the water damage on all three levels of the house. But we also:
- Updated their cabinets to reflect a modern farmhouse
- Replaced the flooring throughout the home, and
- Added a beautiful large window to the kitchen to overlook the yard and the cornfields
As an added bonus, we installed a customized charging station in the living room. The client’s space now has an abundance of natural light with a countryside atmosphere to complement the home’s surroundings.
Lake Minnetonka Home
Toilet leaks can go unnoticed at first but then cause huge problems eventually. Our client had several rooms in their house affected by water damage, so we went right to work.
The most impressive work was done in the kitchen, where we:
- Removed pillars that partially blocked sightlines to Lake Minnetonka
- Updated the wood stained cabinets to a cheerful white color
- Restored the copper vent hood
- Installed an intricate tile backsplash
The final result is a sunny space with a view of the lake. See the transformation here!
St. Louis Park Home
After
Before
These homeowners had a refrigerator water line leak, which damaged their kitchen. It was a bummer, but this family took it as an opportunity for a full remodel. The new kitchen includes:
- Black and chrome updated appliances to give the kitchen a sleek design
- Plenty of counter space thanks to a brand new island
- A striking light feature that makes their home a prime spot for Friday night happy hour
The outcome of this project left the client with a modern, bold kitchen meant to entertain.
