Mitigation Technicians

First on site after a loss. Extraction, containment, air movers and dehumidifiers, and the moisture readings that decide when a house is actually dry.

Contents Technicians

Pack-out, cleaning, storage, and return of everything inside the house. Careful work on the belongings people most want back the way they were.

Carpenters

Framing through finish — structural repair after fire, water, and storm damage, then the trim, cabinetry, and doors people run a hand along. Often in older homes with no square corners.

Painters

Prep, finish, and color matching across occupied homes and commercial space, where the work has to look like it was always there.

HVAC Technicians

Install and service heating and cooling, and get systems running again after a loss. Restoration work and planned replacements both.

Plumbers

Service, repair, and repipe — including the failed supply lines and drains that caused the loss in the first place.

Project Managers

Own jobs end to end — scope, schedule, crews, and the customer relationship. You are the single point of contact from the first walk-through to the final punch list.

Estimators

Write scopes carriers accept the first time. Xactimate experience is valued; if you know construction and are precise, we will train the software.

Administration Support

Dispatch, scheduling, claims coordination, and accounting. Often the first Ungerman voice a customer hears.
