What you will need.

Your invoice number

It is at the top of the invoice we sent. If you cannot find it, call us and we will look it up.

The amount you are paying

Pay the full balance or a partial amount — you enter the figure yourself on the payment page.

Your payment details

Entered on our processor’s secure page. Ungerman never sees or stores your card number.

Payments are processed on our provider’s secure hosted page. Your card details are entered there, not on this website, and Ungerman does not store them.

Restoration Billing

Restoration invoices work differently.

Most of our work involves an insurance carrier, which means what you owe directly is often only part of the job total. Here is what usually sits behind the number on your invoice.

Paying a deductible

When insurance covers the loss, the deductible is usually the portion you owe directly. That is the amount most customers are paying here.

Insurance proceeds

Carriers often release payment in stages, and mortgage companies sometimes hold the funds. We bill the carrier directly and can explain where a payment sits.

How insurance claims work

A balance larger than expected

For upgrades beyond the claim, or work that is not covered, financing is available up to $100,000 through our partner Pure Finance Group.

Question about your invoice?

Call and ask for billing. We can walk through the line items, tell you what the carrier has paid, and confirm what is still outstanding before you pay anything.
