Our Story

UNGERMAN (formerly Ungerman Construction Company) was established by Ron Ungerman Sr. in 1977. He was one of the first licensed contractors in the state of Minnesota and was the first to employ the use of Xactimate, the industry standard in claims estimating software. Ron’s goal was to be the best restoration contractor in the city; not the largest.

Throughout the years our team has developed quick and efficient methods for identifying problems, coming up with restoration plans, and completing projects on time within budget. One of our top priorities is utilizing the highest-quality standards.

We are an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, Restoration Industry Association (RIA), and the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Regardless of the level of challenge a project demands, we strive to handle the job efficiently and effectively.
