We handle the claim alongside the work. Most of what we do is covered by your policy, and the documentation the carrier needs — moisture readings, photographs, Xactimate scope — is produced as a by-product of doing the job properly. We bill the carrier directly and stay in the conversation through supplements, so you are not translating between an adjuster and a builder.
