After damages to your home/business have been mitigated, one of Ungerman’s Reconstruction Estimators will contact you to set up a site visit to review damages.
Ungerman’s Estimator will inspect the damages at the property, request a work authorization, write an estimate for the repairs, and negotiate these costs with your adjuster. It can take weeks to form an agreement with your insurance company, depending on the size of the project.
Once Ungerman’s estimate is accepted by your insurance carrier, an Ungerman project manager will be assigned to complete the repairs.
An Ungerman Project Manager will work with you on all selections and scheduling of the repairs. Our project managers provide a schedule and communicate with you throughout the process. Your Project Manager will see through the completion of all the workmanship on your claim.
Once the work is complete Ungerman will work with your insurance carrier to recover any depreciation if applicable. Ungerman will send you a final invoice and a copy of the warranty.
