UNGERMAN used several techniques to give this home a lighter feel. White countertops with more surface space catch and reflect the increased lighting in the kitchen. The darker floors were replaced and the common areas were opened up to improve the flow of the rooms and let the natural light reach the previously dark nooks and crannies.
