Cause of Loss: Toilet Leak

Style Inspiration: A sunny space with a view of the lake.

While several rooms in this house were affected by water damage, UNGERMAN’s most impressive work was done in the kitchen. Pillars that partially blocked sightlines to Lake Minnetonka were removed. Many of the wood stained cabinets were updated to a cheerful white and the copper vent hood was restored. An intricate tile backsplash completed the new look.
