Soot-damaged kitchen cabinets and water-damaged floors necessitated a full-kitchen restoration. Seizing the opportunity to expand their kitchen, the dining room wall was removed, creating a fluid open concept into the dining room and gaining more seating around the table. New luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the main floor.
