    • UNGERMAN is prepared to respond to sudden water intrusion in your home or business to minimize the damage prolonged exposure to water can create. A germicide will be applied to stop any mold growth.
  • Water Extraction
    • Using specialized equipment water is removed from hard surfaces and carpeting.
  • Structural Drying and De-humidification
    • Using state of the art drying equipment we will attempt to dry flooring, ceilings, walls, cabinetry and any other related structure to minimize further damage.
  • Board-up
    • Board up occurs after a disaster where windows, doors, or openings have been compromised and need to be secured and weather protected.
  • Contents Pack-outs
    • If the damage to your property is so extensive that you need to relocate during repairs, we will provide either on-site storage for easy accessibility or your personal property will be inventoried and stored in our secure and heated off-site facility.
  • Temporary Power & Heat
    • Electrical power and heat can be restored to the site or if damage is too severe auxiliary power and heat will be brought in.
  • Winterizing
    • All water lines will be drained and antifreeze will be added to traps and fixtures as needed.
  • Temporary Roof Cover
    • Roof damage will be covered to prevent further water intrusion into the interior of your property.

    • Trees will be removed off of your dwelling by a licensed professional and hauled away.
  • Debris Removal
    • Glass and structural materials will be removed or contained in a dumpster to maintain the safety of your property and your family.

    • Fire damage can cause unpleasant odors. Some contents might need specialized cleaning to remove odors.  Any odors that remain in the structure can be removed or corrected by properly sealing the effected areas.
